Are there Meta/WhatsApp fees on top?
Yes. Meta charges per-conversation fees separately and bills them to your own WhatsApp Business Account. Our fee covers the platform, dashboard, API and support. Your usage and estimated Meta fees are shown in the dashboard each month.
Are inbound messages charged?
Not by us. Replies from customers are unlimited on the platform; Meta's own conversation pricing still applies on their side.
